縦型ショートドラマ『KOTORI』

「旅先で暮らし、旅先でつながる。」僕は東京でフリーのWEBデザイナーをしている。
いつか旅をしながら、働けないかと思ってて。SNSで繋がっていた人が、
コワーキングスペースで働いているらしく。今とても興味がある場所「香川の琴平」
東京からのアクセスも悪くないし、思い切って行ってみることにした…
琴平町は滞在期間の短い旅行者が多く、旅中消費が限定的で地域の経済効果が不十分であるという課題を抱えている。近年、長期滞在型観光地へのシフトに向けて観光庁及び株式会社地方創生、地域事業者と連携して長期滞在者を受け入れるツアー、高松市でのコワーキングスペース兼ゲストハウス等の整備等を進めてきたが、未だ長期滞在者を呼び込むためのPR不足は琴平町にとって地域共通の課題である。 近年増えているフリーランス、アドレスホッパー等、面白そうな人々や魅力的な地を働き場所として旅する人口が増える中、2024年1月に当社も県内2ヵ所目となる長期滞在者向け宿泊施設KotoriColive&Hostelを琴平町にオープンする。今後ノマドや長期滞在者の訪問先に選ばれる未来に向けた琴平町の観光戦略として、他の地域に先駆け琴平町が「ノマド拠点」として認識されるよう、早急なPRが必要であると考え応募に至った。 コアターゲットである都心在住の25歳~30歳の男性に向けて、トレンドである縦型のショートドラマ風のアプローチを行った。

Living on the road, connecting on the road. I am a freelance web designer in Tokyo. I was wondering if I could work while traveling someday, I heard that someone I connected with on social media is working at a coworking space. I'm very interested in Kotohira in Kagawa. It's not too far from Tokyo, so I decided to take the plunge and go there...
Kotohira Town faces the problem that many tourists stay for a short period of time, and their consumption during their trip is limited, resulting in insufficient economic benefits for the region. In recent years, in order to shift to a long-stay tourist destination, the Japan Tourism Agency, Regional Development Corporation, and local businesses have been working together to develop tours for long-stay visitors and a co-working space and guesthouse in Takamatsu City, etc. However, the lack of publicity to attract long-stay visitors is still a common regional issue for Kotohira Town. With the recent increase in the number of freelancers, address hoppers, and others who travel to interesting and attractive places to work, in January 2024, we will open KotoriColive & Hostel, our second accommodation facility for long-term residents in Kotohira Town. We decided to apply for this project because we believe that Kotohira-cho needs to promote itself as a "nomadic base" ahead of other areas as part of its tourism strategy to become a destination of choice for nomads and long-term residents in the future. We took a trendy, vertical, short-drama style approach to our core target audience of 25-30 year old males living in the city center.
